It is our pleasure to announce that Gazprombank (OJSC), Moscow, founded in 1990, has taken over 100 % of the share capital of the Russian Commercial Bank Ltd from JSC Vneshtorgbank. Gazprombank (OJSC) is one of the most important and the third largest bank in the Russian Federation.
